On this weeks Manuscript Monday Meredith recommends Unstoppable Us, Volume 1: How Humans Took Over the World by Yuval Noah Harari
My daughter received this as a gift from her Auntie Sarah, and it’s a joy to read together. This is essentially Sapiens: A Brief History of Humankind, except for kids. The book talks about other humans, the superpower of Homo sapiens, the lives of our prehistoric ancestors, and more. It’s a journey that explains where we came from and how we got to where we are today. Perfect for the curious child. Probably not the best book for right before bed since it’s hard to put down and sparks so many questions.
