I don’t really know how to answer this question. I feel moments of peace every day. I feel peace when I am reading in my garden; I feel peace while I’m having breakfast with my husband (without kids); I feel peace when I carry my kids to bed when they fall asleep cuddling me; I feel peace floating in the ocean; I feel peace doing a guided meditation; I feel peace having a quiet bath; I feel peace having a cup of tea with my mother in the evenings after the kids have gone to bed; I feel peace connecting with my loved ones; I feel peace sitting with my mother-in law. I feel peace practicing yoga, pilates or dance. I feel peace all the time. Peace is a daily goal for me.
